Dr. Rashall was born in Beaumont, Texas, and raised in the Sheldon area of Houston. He attended C. E. King High School and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston. Dr. Rashall received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1992, graduating third in his class.

Dr. Rashall began his career as an associate in a group dental practice in Channelview, Texas, and practiced there for four years. In 1996 an opportunity arose to acquire a dental practice from a retiring dentist in Liberty, Texas. Dr. Rashall began caring for patients in Liberty and surrounding areas in May of 1996.

Dr. Rashall is very active in the dental community being a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. He has served on various committees and councils within these organizations including serving as President of the Greater Houston Dental Society from 2007-2008. 

Dr. Rashall is currently serving as the editor for the Journal of the Greater Houston Dental Society as well as being both the chairman of the Council on Constitution and Bylaws and the Parliamentarian for the Texas Dental Association.

Dr. Rashall has also been very active in volunteer organizations. He has been a member of the Northshore and Liberty Rotary Clubs and is a member of the Liberty-Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Rashall has been very active in the Boy Scouts of America and has served as a Cubmaster and Scoutmaster. 

Dr. Rashall is an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Humble. He has served twice as the chairman of the Staff-Parish Relations Committee. Dr. Rashall has also served as an usher and as a member of the Chancel Choir. He currently plays electric guitar for the Praise Band in the contemporary service.

Dr. Rashall is married to his high school sweetheart, Lisa. They have three children, Nicholas, Jason, and Stephanie. In addition to his volunteer activities, Dr. Rashall enjoys spending time with his active family boating, fishing, camping, and riding horses. In his spare time, Dr. Rashall likes playing music and building projects around their home.
